I have wanted to create a smaller version of the forest faeries for some time now! I love these little fae! Meet Dara (Irish for oak or wise) dressed in a skirt of leaves and holding her found acorn. Dara loves adventure and always tags along with the older fae when they venture into the darkest parts of the forest. She was hand sculpted from epoxy clay, a two-part clay that dries hard as a rock, over an armature. Her wings are made with a two part clear resin and then painted. She is painted in acrylics and sealed her with love and magic! I hope she blesses your home with kindness, love and peace!
